YouTube Comment Generator

Last updated:

YouTube Comment Generator — add as many comments as you like, set names, avatars, like counts, reply indentation and a pinned/hearted "Creator" badge, then preview a realistic dark-mode YouTube comment thread rendered locally in your browser with the HTML Canvas API.

⚠️ For entertainment & design mockups only

This tool generates fictional screenshots intended only for entertainment, memes, presentations, UI/UX prototyping and social content. It must never be used to fabricate fraudulent evidence, harass or defame someone, or impersonate a real person’s actual posts or messages — doing so may be illegal depending on your jurisdiction. Everything is generated locally in your browser; nothing is uploaded to any server.

What Is This Tool?

YouTube Comment Generator recreates the dark-mode comment-list look of a real YouTube video — round avatars, @handle and comment text, like/dislike/reply meta row, indented reply comments, and an optional "Creator" badge with a pinned/hearted marker.

It must never be used to fabricate fraudulent evidence, harass or defame someone, or impersonate a real channel's actual comments — doing so may be illegal depending on your jurisdiction.

Everything is generated locally in your browser using the HTML Canvas API; nothing is ever uploaded to a server.

Why Use It?

  • 100% local rendering — your content never touches a server.
  • Mock up a comment section for a meme, joke, tutorial slide or design portfolio piece.
  • Prototype YouTube-style comment UI concepts for an app, course or slide deck.
  • Add, edit and remove any number of comments and replies with no account, no upload, no watermark.

How to Use

  1. Click "+ Add comment" to add a new comment row.
  2. Set the author name, timestamp, comment text and like count for each comment.
  3. Toggle "Indent as reply" to nest a comment, and "Show Creator badge" or "Creator-pinned / hearted" to mark it as the channel owner's.
  4. Watch the live preview update, then click "Download PNG" to save the full thread as an image.

Example

Input

Comment 1: Alex Rivera — "This tutorial saved me hours, thank you!" · 312 likes · Pinned
Comment 2 (reply, Creator): Trail Notes — "So glad it helped! 🙏" · 48 likes

Output

A dark-mode PNG styled like a real YouTube comment thread: colored initials avatars, @handle with an optional "Creator" badge, comment text, and a like / dislike / Reply meta row, with a "Pinned by creator" label and heart icon where applicable.

The canvas height grows automatically to fit however many comments you add, and downloads with a single click — no waiting, no server round-trip.

What you can customize

  • Author name, timestamp, comment text and like count per comment.
  • Reply indentation to build multi-level comment threads.
  • A "Creator" badge and a pinned/hearted marker for channel-owner replies.
  • Layout details matching YouTube's real dark-mode comment-list style.

Responsible use

This generator exists to make it easy to create clearly fictional mockup images for humor, storytelling and design work. If you share an image made with this tool, consider adding context so viewers understand it is not a real comment thread.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is it legal or ethical to use this tool?

The tool itself is legal to use for entertainment, mockups, presentations and design work. What is not legal or ethical is using the generated image to deceive someone. Please only use this for clearly fictional or illustrative purposes.

Does the tool upload my content anywhere?

No. Everything you type stays in your browser's memory and is drawn directly onto a canvas element with JavaScript. The PNG is generated and downloaded on your device — nothing is ever sent to a server.

What does the "Creator-pinned / hearted" toggle do?

Enabling it adds a "Pinned by creator" label above the comment and a small heart icon in its meta row, matching how YouTube marks comments the channel owner has pinned or liked.

How many comments can I add?

There's no hard limit — click "+ Add comment" as many times as you like, and the preview canvas automatically grows to fit the full thread.

Should I use this or one of the other YouTube mockup generators?

If your focus is a comment thread with a Creator badge and pinned reply, use this Comment generator. If you need a vertical Shorts player instead, use the YouTube Shorts Generator; if you need a full channel page with banner and video grid, use the YouTube Channel Generator.
