What Is This Tool?
This tool pulls from a curated bank of WiFi network names, split into four category-specific banks: Funny, Punny, Creepy/Warning, and Minimal.
Switch between categories using the selector, which draws names from a dedicated bank tuned for that tone.
Each click serves up six unique names at once from the selected category, chosen without repeats within that batch.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are these names copyrighted?
No — these are a mix of original names and widely-known internet-culture wordplay, free to use for your own home network.
Will I get the same names every time?
No — six names are picked at random from each category's pool every time you click "Generate," so you'll usually see a different set each time.
What's the difference between the four categories?
Funny names go for a laugh, Punny names lean on wordplay and pop-culture references, Creepy/Warning names are meant to look ominous or official (as a joke — not a real security measure), and Minimal names are short and plain if you'd rather not draw attention.
Does a funny WiFi name actually improve my network's security?
No — the "Creepy/Warning" names are just for a laugh and won't deter anyone technically capable of accessing your network. Use a strong WiFi password for actual security.
Does this tool save or track the names I copy?
No. Name selection and copying both happen entirely in your browser — nothing is sent to or stored on a server.
