CodeKitHub MCP server

A free, read-only MCP server for AI assistants. Connect it and the assistant can run everyday calculations and conversions with exact results, and find the matching free tool on CodeKitHub. Every result includes a link to the tool in your browser.

Server address

Transport: Streamable HTTP. No sign-in and no API key.

Add it where your assistant lists "connectors", "custom connectors" or "MCP servers". Availability of custom connectors depends on the assistant, plan and country.

Tools

• find_tool: Find one of the hundreds of free tools on CodeKitHub and get its link.
• convert_units: Length, mass, volume, area, speed, time, data size and temperature.
• calculate_age: Exact age in years, months and days, and days to the next birthday.
• date_difference: Days, weeks and calendar years, months and days between two dates.
• calculate_percentage: a% of b, a is what % of b, and percent change from a to b.
• compound_interest: Final balance, total contributed and interest earned, with optional monthly contributions.
• text_stats: Characters, words, sentences, paragraphs, lines and reading time.
• convert_case: Upper, lower, title, sentence, camel, pascal, snake, kebab and constant case.
• encode_decode: Base64, URL, HTML entities and hex.
• hash_text: SHA-1, SHA-256, SHA-384 and SHA-512.
• json_tools: Format, minify or validate JSON.
• timestamp_convert: Unix timestamps and ISO dates, or the current time.
• color_convert: HEX, RGB and HSL.

Privacy

The tools on the website run in your browser and your data stays there. The MCP server is a separate path: the text or numbers an assistant sends are processed on our server for that request and are not stored by us. Do not send secrets you need to keep private, and prefer the in-browser tool for sensitive text.

Fair use: please keep request rates reasonable. We may limit heavy automated use.
